“In sickness and in health” until public service is delivered up to the less privileged. This is one of the vows that Mayor Carlo Rabat espoused in the realization of his vision for success and prosperity, with a mandate borne from out of this shared vision, and seemingly, convincingly and unequivocally saying ― PROGRESO PA MORE!
The City of Mati through the City Social Welfare and Development Office and the PWD Office shares this vision with the Persons-with-Disability (PWD) in cooperation with a national agency.
Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) XI personnel Cynthia M. Unbaña and Arris P. Medrano, along with Southern Philippines Medical Center (SPMC) staff Thaddeau R. Enriquez Jr. and Aldwin Alinsub conduct an assessment to the PWDs who will be the beneficiaries of the various PWD accessories, such as wheel chair, crutches, and the like.
The assessment is going on until this afternoon at Pelaez Activity Center, City Hall Compound.
